Paul was a great salesman, very knowledgeable and thorough. He had the car I was interested in pulled under a canopy when I got there because it was raining. The purchasing process was hassle free.

Volkswagen have to tell your call center to let the customer know, even tho the customer have a warranty on what their fixing or think need to be fix it’s a $189 diagnose fee if that not the problem. We the customer is not the mechanics so always come with a extra 200 dollar diagnose fee even if u have a warranty.. I like to be prepared

This is my second purchase from VW of Mobile. I had a 2022 Atlas which was totaled in an accident with an 18 wheeler and the car protected me from injury. I found that it was extremely safe and I like the style and performance. When it came time to replace my 2022 model, I shopped other vehicles but kept coming back to the Atlas.
