Volkswagen have to tell your call center to let the customer know, even tho the customer have a warranty on what their fixing or think need to be fix it’s a $189 diagnose fee if that not the problem. We the customer is not the mechanics so always come with a extra 200 dollar diagnose fee even if u have a warranty.. I like to be prepared

This is my second purchase from VW of Mobile. I had a 2022 Atlas which was totaled in an accident with an 18 wheeler and the car protected me from injury. I found that it was extremely safe and I like the style and performance. When it came time to replace my 2022 model, I shopped other vehicles but kept coming back to the Atlas.

Be fully transparent and trustworthy is key. I personally had to go in to shop after my car sat for days with out no word on what going on. The same day I go in speak to service manager who was great and friendly is when warranty company approves work to be done. So my car sat for four days, until came. Once I received my car I hear a knocking noise inside car at time of start up and while driving that doesn’t stop. Small right light on bottom of driver door was broken off clean and propped back into place, upon exiting vehicle after pick up it was sitting near pedals. So many questions about visit and don’t seem to get honest answer. Cleanilness of vehicle at time of pick up was not done at all. I was told they only clean outside but when I pulled in, vehicle for another customer was being done and white mats was being placed inside but my vehicle was given back with absolutely no cleaning done.
