The service mechanics stole my handicap placard and claimed they never saw it. You can bet that I'm not the first car they fleeced. You should advise all customers to remove all personal belongings before a service appointment. My grandchildren have Volkswagens and I have advised them accordingly.

Jaime kept me informed while I waited. The customer lounge is comfortable. They fixed my problem and took care of all of the maintenance issues that were due. I did not have to leave my car overnight.
