    Jaime kept me informed while I waited. The customer lounge is comfortable. They fixed my problem and took care of all of the maintenance issues that were due. I did not have to leave my car overnight.

    I still don’t even know what’s wrong with my vehicle. The only thing I’ve been informed of is that diagnostic will cost almost $400. That’s before parts or labor for whatever is actually wrong. If I’m about to be hamstringed into paying more than $1000 to fix an electrical issue on a car that’s only 6 years old with a battery that’s less than a year old, the very least I should get is a timely and thorough response.

    The staff was friendly and helpful at the time of purchase. It became obvious later that they did not have an in depth knowledge of the ID Buzz or the issues surrounding it. Delivery was delayed by almost three months, and they did not communicate well during that period.

    It took 2 weeks to repair our navigation system. The bigger is communication was poor. We only received updates when we called. After speaking to the service manager, it was fixed almost immediately. We are grateful to him but also perplexed by why we had to elevate our concerns to see results.
